“ The price is great. The food is always yummy and prepared well. There are gluten-free options, but they aren't marked on the menu. The service is always good. The only reason this restaurant doesn't have five stars from me is because of the ambiance. There is a lot of clutter when you first walk in that needs to be cleaned. They have a nice, grey stone floor with black and green tables, but the rest of the restaurant doesn't match. I focus on removing clutter, cleaning, organizing, and replacing the dirty ceiling tiles. “ Very friendly staff. The prices are awesome and the food is great. I love that they always have crawfish. The flavor of the food is not like your typical restaurant. The dining area is very clean and they also have a beverage machine verses a can soda when dining in. ”

“ My partner and I love take out and have tried a couple different places in our area. We just happened upon China Hing because we were near by and it was a pleasant surprise. They gave us 4 egg foo young patties while we thought we place a small order (haha). Everything we tried tasted different compared to our normal spot but was absolutely great. We assumed it was due to using better ingredients but I know everyone has different preferences when it comes to their chinese food, especially being from STL. “ Summary: A large menu provides plenty of options for dine-in or take-out meals. China Hing covers the Chinese standards of fried rice, lo mein, chow mein, egg foo yung, and combo meals of beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp. I stopped for a St. Paul sandwich but on impulse ordered chicken and onion curry. I was glad I did. However, it would more accurately be called onion with chicken curry as I worked through a lot of the vegetable to find the chicken and bamboo strips. It was a bit spicy but the pepper burn didn't last long. The dish lacked something, though. When I got home I added cooked cabbage to the leftovers and "presto"--that was the missing ingredient. ”
